MODERATOR

As an Officer for the Sea of Thieves section in the Requiem Multi-Gaming Community, you will be a role model to all of our members and will be held to the highest standards just like our Admins/Moderators. You will be the front line for our Sea of Thieves section and will represent our community. We expect all of our Officers to have respect for our members and do their best to provide a welcoming home for everyone. If accepted, you will join the team as a Trial Officer for a period of time but will still have full access to helping the team in every way possible.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be 18 or older to apply.

  • Must have been a fully fledged Officer for at least 14 Days.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process officer requested bans.

  • Create easy to read weekly team reports.

  • Generally monitors all sections of the Discord.

  • Take initiative to lead discussion on topics when applicable.

  • Assist with open topics/projects to provide further insight, opinions, discussion.

  • Engages in a supervisory role to maintain a culture of professionalism and positivity.

  • Create/Lead the path for your team

Community Manager (Filled)

  • Monitor the support section within Requiem

Human Resources Manager (Filled)

  • Assisting Team Leads with all Officer related concerns/issues below them.

Operations Manager

  • Plan and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth progress.

Expansion Manager (Filled)

  • Coordinate new Community expansions

Event Manager (Open)

  • Create, update, and regulate event guides

IT Lead (Open)

  • Directly coordinate with SecOps Manager on necessary tasks

Web Manager (Filled)

  • Manage campaigns and track SEO regularly

Recruitment Manager (Open)

  • Ensure constant Community growth

Social Media Manager (Open)

  • Ensure growth across all Requiem social media

Content Manager (Open)

  • Manage all clip/video content across Requiem

Charity Coordinator (Open)

  • Create and oversee Charity Events, and communicate with charity organisations

Project Manager / General Mod (Open)

  • Assigned varying new projects/tasks to assist all teams
